• Quran Guider offers a refund of the whole amount of the online Quran learning fee if the student withdraws before the start of the month. But once the classes are confirmed and the student took one class or remained absent without any admin notice, then the refund is not entertained.
• If any student wants to stop the online Quran classes, he/she has to inform Quran Guider through our office email before starting of the month. But if he didn’t inform before starting the month, he has to pay the full monthly fee.
• If any student wants to get a leave for a month or more, he/she has to inform us before starting the month through official email, otherwise, the monthly fee will be charged for the full month.

There is no refund for public holidays and absentees without any prior notice.
